Sometimes life feels overwhelming — like stress, self-doubt, or imbalance weigh you down. You want to make changes, deepen your self-connection, and live with more clarity and purpose… but it’s hard to know where to begin, or how to stay committed.

That’s why I offer intimate, coaching-focused Workshop Series — private sessions for individuals or small groups, designed to meet you where you are and guide you through meaningful themes in a supportive space.

Each series meets weekly over 4 or 6 sessions (your choice), with 1–2 hour gatherings over Zoom or in person. These aren’t drop-in classes — they’re coaching cohorts designed for deep exploration, where you’ll reflect on how each topic applies to your life, mindset, and well-being

Create Your Own Series
Once you’ve moved through a few workshop topics, you may be ready for something more personalized. We’ll design a custom coaching series just for you — drawing from the themes you’re ready to explore more deeply, and centered around the next step in your personal growth.

How It Works

  • Private 1-on-1 sessions or small group cohorts (3–6 participants)

  • 4 or 6 weekly sessions (you choose the length based on your goals and schedule)

  • 1–2 hours per session, depending on group size

  • Offered via Zoom or in-person (location TBD)

  • Personalized coaching, reflection exercises, and group conversation

Investment

Each series is offered as a private coaching container — either 1-on-1 or in a small, private group.

We’ll meet weekly or every other week for 1–2 hours (depending on group size), creating space for reflection, coaching, and meaningful connection around each theme.

  • 4-Session Series — $275

  • 6-Session Series — $325

All pricing includes preparation, facilitation, and follow-up support between sessions as needed.
