How We’ll Work Together
We begin with a free 40-minute Roadmap Session — a relaxed, no-pressure call to explore where you are, what’s working (and what’s not), and what kind of support feels right for your life now.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward with a personalized plan that includes:
2–4 private sessions per month (45–60 minutes) — you choose the rhythm
Ongoing support between sessions via email or WhatsApp
A mix of coaching, reflection, movement, and real-life integration — always grounded in what you’re navigating
Whole-person wellness themes woven throughout — including self-trust, nervous system care, energy awareness, mindset shifts, emotional regulation & more
A simple, doable next step after each session — whether it’s a movement practice, a mindset reframe, or a moment of rest
✨ This mentorship runs on a three-month commitment to build momentum and meaningful change — with options to continue or shift into lighter support when you’re ready.

That’s where Sustain comes in.
Sustain Includes:
4 private sessions (60 minutes each) — use anytime within 6 months
Continued coach access through WhatsApp space
$265 total (valid for 6 months)
