What if I can’t make the 6 AM sessions?
No problem! You can catch up with the same Les Mills+ workout later, or choose your own movement. Just check in on Telegram to stay connected.
Do I need Les Mills+ to participate?
Not at all! While Les Mills+ is great for those who want to follow the same programs, you can move in any way that works for you. This space is about connection and consistency, not doing the same routine.
What if I’m new to movement?
You’re in the right place. Move Crew isn’t about keeping up—it’s about tuning in and moving in ways that feel good. We celebrate small steps and progress.
What if I don’t feel motivated some days?
That’s okay! Motivation ebbs and flows, but we keep showing up. Some days, your win might be a short stretch or simply checking in. This community supports you through all of it.
Can I cancel anytime?
I ask for a 4-month commitment to create real, lasting results—but life happens. Reach out if something comes up, and we’ll make sure your wellness plan stays supportive.
