How It Works

This isn’t about perfection or finding the “right way.”
It’s about building a sustainable, caring relationship with your body and discovering what’s right for you, right now.

There are no rigid routines here. Instead, we focus on real-life, whole-person wellness—rooted in self-compassion, curiosity, and acceptance.

Movement becomes a tool for connection: with your body, your mind, and the world around you.

Step 1 - Initial Consolation

A quick chat to learn more about my services. Get to know me and my philosophy and discuss your needs, so we can determine how I can best support you.

Step 2 - Build Your Plan

We are going to start where you are at. Whether you are starting with an existing movement program or starting from scratch, we will build something that fits your lifestyle and goals. Not sure what your goals are? That’s part of the process.

From there, I will create an initial 3-week plan. Worried about accountably? I’ve gotcha— I will act as your accountably check-in to help keep you moving.

A follow-up call will be scheduled to adjust your plan, discuss what’s working, not working and where you go from here.

Step 3: Empowered Movement Mentorship

This is more than a fitness plan. Together, we’ll reshape your relationship with movement, self-care, and stress—so your wellness practice feels joyful, sustainable, and truly yours.

  • 3 months of personalized mentorship

  • 12 weekly sessions (additional sessions available to fit your pace and needs)

  • Full access to me between sessions (WhatsApp, email, support)

  • Movement + wellness coaching tailored to you
