Monthly coaching sessions are personalized to meet you where you are, focusing on reflection and growth. Whether you're seeking motivation, diving deeper into the month's wellness topic, overcoming challenges, or enhancing self-awareness, the coaching is designed to support your progress on your wellness journey.

Check-in Tools

You'll receive personalized tools and check-in systems—including a journal, movement resources, customized plans, and coach communication—to help you stay on track.

Move Crew


Movement Meetups

A fun, supportive virtual space to enrich your day through movement. Join 6 AM Zoom meetups to start your day energized! While I won’t lead the workouts, I’ll help create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Follow your own routine, supported by a community of encouragement, all from the comfort of home—no childcare, gym memberships, or commuting needed.

Additional meetup times available. Ask about 9 AM, Lunch Bunch, and Afternoon Blast meetups!

Virtual Platform

If you can't make the morning session but still want accountability and connection, you'll have access to post-movement check-ins, encouragement, and celebrations.
