Phase 1 – Build

In this foundational (one month) trial phase, we’ll set you up for success. Together, we'll create a personalized movement plan and integrate foundational wellness habits to get you started on the right path.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly coaching calls to define goals and create your movement plan.

  • A customized wellness plan designed for your unique lifestyle.

  • Daily check-ins via Telegram for ongoing support.

  • Coach video clips with tips and motivation to keep you on track.

Phase 2 – Establish

Now that the foundation is set, we’ll focus on consistency and fine-tuning your routine. During this phase, we’ll integrate mini wellness lessons to advance your wellness routine into a lifestyle.

  • Weekly coaching calls with personalized wellness lessons that target key areas of health and wellness.

  • Continued guidance with your movement practice, troubleshooting challenges and adjusting your plan as needed.

  • Regular check-ins via Telegram to keep you accountable.

  • Extra video content, tools, and resources to support your learning.

  • Move Crew: Access to the coaching videos and ongoing tips to guide you throughout this phase.

Phase 3 & Beyond – Maintain

Once you’ve built and established your routine, we focus on maintaining and refining your wellness practice. In this phase, you’ll receive continuous support, tailored coaching, and ongoing adjustments to keep you on track toward lasting change.

  • Wellness Lessons: Monthly mini wellness lessons to dive deeper into topics like mindset, habit-building, stress management, etc., that complement your routine and help elevate your wellness journey.

  • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly coaching calls to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments.

  • Personalized movement and habit-building tips to ensure sustainability.

  • Ongoing check-ins via Telegram to celebrate your successes and overcome challenges.

  • Coaching clips and resources to keep you inspired.

  • Move Crew: Access coaching video clips, daily check-ins, and movement support as you maintain your wellness practice.
