Start Your Wellness Journey with a Strong Foundation
Let’s create a movement practice that fits YOUR life—whether you’re a busy mom, a teacher, or just someone looking to integrate more wellness into your day.
What You’ll Experience:
Session 1: Discover your “why” for movement. We’ll focus on identifying the activities that truly bring you joy and start a movement journal to track how you feel before and after each practice.
Session 2: Learn how to celebrate your small wins and acknowledge your achievements, helping to build positive habits around movement.
Session 3: Explore the mood-movement connection. We’ll work on using movement to regulate your emotions and build options for quick resets when you need them.
Session 4: Introduce positive self-talk. Using “I Am” statements to connect with your best self and strengthen your mindset.
By the end of Phase 1, you’ll have:
A Personalized Movement Plan tailored to your goals, body, and lifestyle.
A Movement Journal to track your progress and how you feel.
A One-Month Move Crew Membership to start getting support from the community.

4 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
These are focused on your unique wellness goals, personalized movement plan, and troubleshooting any challenges. These sessions are designed to help you stay motivated, build confidence, and make sure you're feeling supported as you start your movement journey.
Move Crew Introduction
During Phase 1, you’ll receive a private introduction to Move Crew. This includes an overview of the platform, the community framework, and a chance to try out movement sessions I lead—no obligation to join live. It’s a way to explore the space and see if it fits your needs.

How long is the Build phase?
The Build phase lasts for one month, with four one-on-one sessions. However, you may choose to remain in Build phase for longer for ongoing support.
What is the Move Crew?
Move Crew is a community of like-minded individuals supporting each other on their wellness journeys. During Phase 1, you’ll have a one-month introduction to Move Crew.
Is this for beginners?
Absolutely! This phase is for anyone looking to start building or re-establish their movement and wellness routine, no matter your level.
