Sessions are 60 minutes over phone or Zoom.

Coaching Packages

Each session is tailored to you, with space to check in, reflect, and adjust your plan as needed. Offered in flexible 3-, 6- and 9- session packages.

1-on-1 sessions are 45-60 minutes and group sessions are 75-90 minutes.

3 Sessions (3 hours total): Ideal for those looking to get started with building a practice to lay the foundation for lasting change.

6 Sessions (6 hours total): For a deeper, more transformative experience, supporting your long-term growth and confidence.

9 Sessions (9 hours total): Ideal for those ready to dive deep into their wellness journey with consistent support ensures sustainable growth and a deeper connection to joyful movement and mindset.

Add Follow-up Check-in’s: The best way to solidify and enhance your growth is to keep engaged! This add on is your biggest bang for your buck — check-in on your progress and discuss awareness & wonderings that arise. (1-on-1 sessions are 20 minutes, group sessions are 40 minutes.)
