Each month, explore a new wellness topic—like self-compassion, stress management, or building habits—with a quick video full of practical tips. These bite-sized insights will keep you motivated and help you integrate wellness into your life, inside and out.

2. Personalized Movement & Motivation Plan
Get a customized plan tailored to your goals. The plan evolves as you progress, helping you build long-term consistency and stay on track.

3. Morning Movement Meetups (6 AM)
Join our casual, no-pressure Zoom meetups. You can follow along visually or do your own workout, whether it’s using Les Mills+ or your preferred routine.

4. Community Platform for Accountability
Stay connected with others in a private space to share wins, ask questions, and get encouragement from people on the same wellness journey.

5. Monthly Tune-In Coaching Call
A 30-minute coaching call each month to check in on your progress, discuss challenges, and adjust your movement plan as needed.

Elevate Your Movement Practice

Adding Personalized Movement Sessions are the perfect way to level up your practice. If you’re following a tailored program with specific movement patterns or simply want extra guidance on your form and technique for your program, these sessions offer expert feedback to ensure you're performing each movement with precision, reducing injury risk, and maximizing effectiveness. 45 minutes

Session Options:

  • 1-on-1: $50

  • Private Group: $150 for the first 3 people, then $25 for each additional person.


Explore Wellness with Workshops & Lessons

Want to dive deeper into specific wellness topics? You can add on workshops to enhance your journey and explore areas like emotional regulation, confidence-building through movement, and overcoming mental blocks.

These 60-90 minute workshops provide valuable, in-depth learning and practical tools that complement your personalized movement plan, helping you grow in ways that go beyond just physical movement.

  • Single Workshops: $55 each

  • Workshop Package: $200 for 4 workshops (save $25!)
