Daily 6 AM Open Zoom Movement Sessions:
Join us daily at 6 AM via Zoom to kickstart your day with movement. Log in with your microphone muted and feel free to keep your camera off—this is a casual, flexible space where you can move at your own pace.
Movement Options:
Do Your Own Thing: Follow your own routine—there’s no pressure to follow along.
Follow Along Visually: Watch me complete the workout for inspiration. No verbal cues, just visual motivation.
Les Mills Workouts: Sync up with me for a Les Mills release. I’ll lead with both visual and verbal cues using your On-Demand account.
Feel free to join as often as you'd like—whether you're following the session or moving at your own pace, there’s no pressure, and no need to turn on your camera if you prefer not to.
