What You’ll Get

Stage 2: EMPOWERMENT, is focused on building sustainable movement, shifting mindsets, and creating lasting habits tailored to your life. Here’s what you’ll get:

  1. Personalized Movement Plan
    A custom-designed plan that evolves with your progress, ensuring your movement stays engaging and aligned with your wellness goals.

  2. Ongoing Coaching & Check-Ins
    Regular check-ins via text, calls, or sessions to keep you on track, offering adjustments and feedback as needed. (As often as you need)

  3. Twice-Monthly Empowerment Workshops
    Two workshops each month (1-on-1 or group) covering key wellness topics like mindset shifts, stress management, and building sustainable habits.

  4. Move Crew Community
    Access to daily 6 AM Zoom movement sessions, or the option to follow your own routine, with post-session support and motivation through our Slack community.

  5. Movement Journal
    Track your progress, reflect on your journey, and stay motivated by documenting your wellness experience.

How You’re Supported

You’ll have continuous support to help you stay engaged, motivated, and connected to your wellness goals.

  1. Ongoing Coaching & Check-Ins
    Regular personalized check-ins (via text, calls, or sessions) to provide guidance, feedback, and adjustments, helping you stay motivated and aligned with your goals.

  2. Twice-Monthly Empowerment Workshops
    Dive into wellness topics like mindset, stress management, and habit-building. These workshops are designed to empower you with actionable tools for lasting change, available in 1-on-1 or group formats.

  3. Move Crew Community
    Join daily 6 AM Zoom sessions for group movement, or follow your own routine. You can choose from:

    • Do Your Own Thing: Follow your preferred routine—no pressure.

    • Follow Along Visually: Watch me for inspiration with no verbal cues—just visual motivation.

    • Les Mills Workouts: Sync up for a Les Mills release, with verbal and visual cues using your On-Demand account.

    Can’t make the live session? No worries! Post-session support and motivation are available through the community platform, Slack.

  4. Optional Movement Sessions
    Integrate focused movement sessions into your wellness plan, with the option to align these sessions with workshop topics for deeper connection between mind and body.
