How It Works
This isn’t about perfection or finding the “right way.” It’s about building a sustainable, caring relationship with your body and discovering what’s right for you, right now.
We center real-life, whole-person wellness—grounded in self-compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. Together, we’ll shape a routine that’s flexible, supportive, and built with grace.
Movement becomes a tool for connection: with your body, your mind, and the world around you.
Step 2 - Build Your Plan
We are going to start where you are at. Whether you are starting with an existing movement program or starting from scratch, we will build something that fits your lifestyle and goals. Not sure what your goals are? That’s part of the process.
From there, I will create an initial 2-week plan. Worried about accountably? I’ve gotcha— I will be your accountably check-in to help keep you moving and adapt your program as needed.
A follow-up call will be scheduled, at the 2-week mark, to adjust your plan, discuss what’s working, not working and where you go from here.

You’ve already built a strong foundation—now it’s about keeping the momentum going in a way that fits your life.
This stage is about staying consistent, supported, and connected to the practices that help you feel your best.
We’ll choose a focus for your sessions—something meaningful for where you are right now. That might be stress relief, mobility, energy, mindset, or simply staying in rhythm. Whatever you need, we’ll make it doable, flexible, and aligned with your season of life.
You don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here to help you stay connected to your body, your goals, and yourself.
