Step 1 - Free Discovery Call
We start with a Free 30-minute Discovery Call to discuss where you’re currently at with movement, your goals, and what challenges you’ve faced in the past. This is a no-pressure conversation where you’ll get a better sense of how I can support you in creating a joyful movement practice that works for you.
Together, we’ll explore what you want to achieve, any roadblocks you might be facing, and how to make movement an enjoyable part of your life—without pressure or perfection.
After our Discovery Call, we’ll kick off your 3-month foundation for creating lasting change.
Taking you through the Build and Establish phase, you’ll receive:
Weekly coaching
A customized movement & accountability plan
Full coach guidance, encouragement & support
Build: We’ll work closely together to find movement that feels good for your body and aligns with your goals—whether you’re new to movement or want to re-establish or rejuvenate your practice.
Establish: We’ll explore how movement can be an act of self-care, uniquely designed for your body. You’ll learn how to use movement to clear your mind, reduce stress, and boost focus—all while helping you connect with your best self. We’ll help you discover the joy in movement, so you can feel empowered and at peace in a way that’s entirely personal to you.

Keep Moving and Growing
After completing the Movement for You Foundation Program, we’ll evaluate your progress and determine the best next steps for continuing your journey. At this point, you will have established a solid foundation for joyful movement, and we’ll work together to decide on the most suitable level of support for the next 3-month phase of your transformation.

After each 3-month period, we’ll assess where you are: identity, goals, strategies, and plan. Then, we’ll determine the best option for the next phase of your journey. Whether it’s to maintain your current membership level, level up for more support, or adjust based on your evolving needs, we’ll customize your ongoing experience to make sure you stay inspired, motivated, and connected to your unique movement goals.
