In Phase 2, we focus on deepening your movement practice while developing the tools and mindset to manage life’s challenges. This phase blends personalized coaching with movement techniques to help you take charge of your thoughts, manage stress, and create a balanced routine that empowers you to show up as your best self.
What You’ll Experience:
Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions: We’ll meet twice a month to refine your practice, shift your mindset, and build emotional resilience through intentional movement.
Refined Personalized Movement Plan & Check-ins: Customized movement routines designed to support your mental and physical wellness. Ongoing check-ins to keep you on track and motivated.
Ongoing Move Crew Access: Stay connected to the community for continued support and motivation. You’ll still have access to Move Crew’s weekly themes, monthly routines, and group accountability.

Program Details
Session 1: Grounding in Why and “I Am”: Connect with your deeper “why” for movement, and establish a solid foundation for lasting change by embracing your true self and potential.
Session 2: Expanding the Gap Between Stimulus and Response: Learn to pause before reacting, giving you the power to choose your responses and actions with intention.
Session 3: Taking Charge of Your Thoughts: Gain strategies to control your thoughts and reframe negative patterns, keeping you focused on your goals.
Session 4: Dealing with Stress: Use movement as a powerful tool to release tension, regulate stress, and restore emotional balance.
Session 5: Self-Love through Movement: Learn how to select movements that nurture your body and cultivate self-compassion.
Session 6: Belonging to Self: Strengthen your connection to your body, making movement an act of self-acceptance and belonging.
Session 7: Reinforcing Your Value: Use movement to reinforce your sense of worth and celebrate your unique strengths.
Session 8: Connecting to Your Power: Unlock your inner strength through intentional movements that enhance confidence and personal power.

What is Move Crew?
Move Crew is a supportive community that provides ongoing motivation and connection to others on their wellness journeys. You'll continue your Move Crew membership throughout Phase 2.
Can I skip Phase 2 if I’m only focused on movement?
Yes! If you’re focused solely on refining your movement routine, you can skip directly to Phase 3.
