Designed to guide you through key aspects of wellness with personalized, interactive learning. These workshops are individually tailored to help you deepen your understanding and build healthy, sustainable habits.
Core Wellness Workshop Each workshop introduces a key wellness topic tailored to you. We’ll explore strategies that support your personal growth, apply them to your current circumstances, and provide actionable steps to integrate into your daily life.
Empowered Coaching
This session is all about reflection and growth. We revisit what’s come up since the Core Wellness Workshop, diving deeper into self-awareness and uncovering empowering methods to help you overcome challenges and create lasting change.
Move Crew
A fun, encouragement-based virtual space designed to enrich your daily life through movement.
Morning Movement: Join 6 AM Zoom meetups to boost your day! While I won’t lead the workouts, I’ll help you create a personalized movement plan with suggested resources tailored to you. In this virtual space, you’ll follow your own routine while being supported by a community of encouragement and motivation—all from the comfort of your own space, with no need for childcare, gym memberships, or commuting.
Virtual Platform: If you can't make the morning session but still want accountability and connection, the Move Crew Community has you covered! You'll have access to post-movement check-ins, encouragement, and celebrations.
Community Access

Tools: Tools designed for your accountability needs. Examples include, journals, movement check-ins, calendars and logs, to help you implement what you learn.
