A Tune-In Practice

A 9-session guided experience for awareness, care, and reflection

The Seasonal Practice is a small-group space for people who want to relate to themselves — and their lives — with more clarity, ease, and care.

This is not a program to follow or a set of steps to complete.
It’s a guided, shared experience where you explore your patterns, learn to respond to yourself more supportively, and build practices that fit your real life.

Groups meet virtually (with occasional in-person opportunities) and are intentionally kept small (4–8 participants) to support connection, reflection, and shared learning.

How it’s structured

The Seasonal Practice unfolds in two phases over three months:

Weeks 1–4 (weekly sessions):
We build awareness — noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, energy, stress, and care.

Weeks 5–9 (biweekly sessions):
We integrate — applying what you’re learning in daily life, reflecting on what comes up, and adjusting in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.

This rhythm allows space not just to learn, but to live the work — honoring your pace, your life, and your experience.

What this space offers

  • Optional use of movement as a tool for awareness and connection

  • Schedule: Consistent day/time for the series; specific times set in advance to fit the group

  • After the series: Personalized continuation options available for those who want to keep building on their work

1-on-1 Coaching

A private, supportive space to slow down, notice, and respond to yourself with care

One-on-one coaching offers a gentle, collaborative space to explore what’s present in your life.
These sessions are shaped by your needs, your pace, and what’s happening right now.

Together, we may explore patterns of stress, self-talk, emotions, energy, and care — noticing what supports you and discovering ways to respond to yourself with more clarity, ease, and kindness.

Some people come with something specific they want support around.
Others come simply wanting space to feel more grounded, connected, or like themselves again.

Both are welcome.

Single Session | 60 minutes
A gentle introduction or tune-in — explore what’s coming up for you, reflect, and recalibrate.
Investment: $75

Short-Term Support | 4 sessions | 40 minutes each

A space for check-ins, realignment, and ongoing support as life shifts.
Optional practices, including reflection or movement, may be suggested to support awareness and self-care.
Investment: $195

Deeper Support & Integration | 4 sessions | 65 minutes each

More space for reflection, learning, and building practices that support lasting change.
Sessions allow you to explore patterns, apply insights, and deepen your sense of connection with yourself.
